Provision of false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
3.3 pkr91 employs automated and manual age-verification systems. Where age cannot be verified at the point of registration, pkr91 may restrict account functionality — including the ability to deposit, wager, or withdraw — until satisfactory age verification documentation is provided.
3.4 Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the pkr91 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate Account detected will be closed and any Balance or Bonus Funds held therein may be voided.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr91 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pkr91 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 You must notify pkr91 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. pkr91 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation upon receiving such a notification.
4.3 pkr91 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pkr91 reasonably suspects:
4.4 Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting pkr91 support via live chat. Any remaining verified Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements having been met.
4.5 Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pkr91 will make reasonable attempts to notify the Account holder prior to applying any dormancy fee or administrative charge as permitted under applicable regulations.
5.1 pkr91 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at pkr91's sole discretion.
5.2 All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name and for which you have provided satisfactory proof of ownership during KYC verification. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties will be refunded and the Account may be suspended.
5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account dashboard. pkr91 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.
5.4 pkr91 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. pkr91 is not responsible for any fees charged by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other payment service provider.
5.5 Deposited funds are held in your pkr91 Account wallet and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of the transaction. pkr91 does not pay interest on Account Balances.
5.6 pkr91 operates strict anti-money-laundering (AML) controls. Any deposit that triggers an AML flag may be held pending investigation. pkr91 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and may be legally obligated to report suspicious transactions.
6.1 Withdrawal of funds from your pkr91 Account is subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. KYC documentation required includes, at minimum: a clear copy of your valid CNIC and proof of ownership of the payment method to which the withdrawal is to be processed.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, in order to comply with AML requirements. Where this is not possible, pkr91 will request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method.
6.3 Withdrawal processing times are as follows, measured from the point at which the withdrawal request is approved by pkr91's payments team following KYC clearance:
6.4 pkr91 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request, regardless of whether basic KYC has previously been completed. This may include source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above defined thresholds.
6.5 Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Real-money Balance is always withdrawable subject to KYC requirements, minimum withdrawal amounts, and the absence of any active investigation on the Account.

In the event of any conflict between those sport-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
8.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player except where pkr91 expressly permits cancellation within a stated timeframe on specific markets.
8.3 pkr91 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where:

8.5 Maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and represent the maximum amount pkr91 will pay out on any single bet or combination of bets within a 24-hour period, regardless of the total potential return of the bet slip.

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr91's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.2 pkr91 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if pkr91 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkr91's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
15.1 pkr91 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the Platform at pkr91.net/terms-conditions, with the "Last Updated" date reflected at the top of the document.
15.2 Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, pkr91 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address on the Account. Where a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request closure of their Account.
15.3 Continued use of the pkr91 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr91 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to pkr91's internal dispute resolution process.
